About

David Greenberg is a veteran litigator within the Coachella Valley. He is a graduate of UCLA, and McGeorge School of Law. He has been a prosecutor for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office for 20 years; and has tried hundreds of cases to verdict of every type, including: misdemeanor theft, vandalism, dui, assault, domestic violence, and serious felonies involving sexual assault, child abuse, gang crimes, and homicides, including death penalty cases.

David was named Riverside County District Attorney Prosecutor of Year in 1997, 2001, & 2002 as well as multiple other awards and commendations for service. As David’s victories mounted, he was promoted to supervisor, and spent the last 4 years as Chief Deputy District Attorney of the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office – running all the day-to-day operations of the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office in the Coachella Valley and Blythe.

David Greenberg is and has always been extremely involved in our community, making a positive difference in the lives of others. David has sat on the Board of Directors for Shelter from the Storm, coached High School Mock Trial Teams, Coached and managed softball and soccer teams, and is currently on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert.
